Do I have to be home when you deliver the unit?
No, it is not a requirement. We will place the container in your predetermined location at your home or office. Prior to delivery, we must have a signed rental agreement.
Does Swiftbox do long distance moves?
We do not offer that service; however, we would be more than happy to assist you with local storage and moving needs.
Are the contents insured?
Customers are responsible for their contents. Check with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance for coverage options. Very often that will be your best option.
What security features does your facility have?
Our facility is fully fenced and also protected by high-tech surveillance cameras.
Are there city and HOA rules with placement?
You are responsible for obtaining a permit from your city for curb placement if needed
Can I access my unit while it is in storage at the Swiftbox facility?
Yes! You can access your Swiftbox by appointment, free of charge.
